Newsletter – Hazel

This week the children have been learning to use adjectives in their sentences. They have been making boring sentences into exciting sentences! They have enjoyed this. In Maths we have continued to work with money and we have been doing lots of problem solving. There are also working hard on their times tables and spellings in school. Please ensure your child always reads every night for at least 10 minutes. Have a nice weekend. Mr.Walsh

Parenting advice

We have been advised that the sure start centre will be running a parenting advice and help course, for ten weeks after Easter.  This will include how to manage behaviour and any other issues.  Please contact the school if you would like to attend.  All welcome.

Ear rings

Please can you ensure your child wears small stud ear rings only to school, as stated on the school uniform policy.  We are noticing a number of shaped and larger ear rings at the moment and for safety reasons we would ask them to be changed as soon as possible.

Thank you
