Good afternoon,
This week we have started our new topic in maths, looking at shape and translation. In English we have been retelling an animated story and in geography we have been continuing to look at Europe, identifying countries and cities.
For art we have continued out study of India Flint and the use of natural prints. The children thoroughly enjoyed (after some initially being unsure) dragging the clothes through mud, getting them wet, using foot prints, crushing flowers and wrapping them up tightly with bark and leaves. Hopefully next week they will be ready for us to reveal.
Next week we are celebrating the Jubilee, Willow class are looking at 1950’s.
Hope you all have a fun weekend,
Mr Reynolds
