This week we have been busy learning about how to write biographies. We have looked at the features and the language used. We have practised these in context, writing about our families. We have had lots of fun researching our local D-Day veteran in order to write our own biographies next week.
We have been using numberlines and estimating with numbers up to 1000 in maths and practising our timestables. In science we have been looking at the work of George Washington Carter and how he invented over 100 uses for peanuts.
Please remember to read each day and record this in your child’s reading diary.
Enjoy the weekend
