We have all returned back to school full of energy and we have had a great, productive week. We have concentrated on Maths and Literacy, in view of the forthcoming exams. In Maths, we have studied ratio and recognising and measuring angles and in Literacy we looked at a Guy Fawkes comprehension and we revised our Grammar and Punctuation. Your child is working so hard but I am mindful that we need to have a little fun along the way; as a result I will continue to offer opportunities to revise on line and continue as normal a timetable as possible. Well done to the twelve children who passed Stage 3 of the Bikeability Program; the children were a credit to yourselves and the school. We have had a few conversations about Arthog – all seem very excited and ready for their adventure. In the week of SATs the school encourage your child to come in for Breakfast club – this is free of charge and a great chance for your child to have breakfast whilst relaxing with their mates; a text will follow soon. Have a great Bank Holiday weekend.
