Hello everyone,
I hope you’re all keeping well and staying safe. I hope some of you have managed to have a go at the Joe Wicks PE lessons. Exercise is a really good way to keep yourself healthy both physically and mentally. It’s also good to try and go for a walk to get some fresh air as well (just make sure you keep two metres away from other people).
A great website for resources is Twinkl. If you follow the link https://www.twinkl.co.uk/resources/parents there are lots of resources aimed at each of the specific year groups. There is all sorts on there which are linked to most subjects.
Another website is RadioBlogging which is run by a group of current and former teachers. Pie Corbett (the guru for Talk for Writing which we do in Literacy) is also part of it. https://radioblogging.net/?fbclid=IwAR3d2J6YVVtaFHa01RYhPY-tWqV6snGuP55hM4L56lO9oZk1f-wXfDA-ii8
The children can also access Mathletics, Espresso and NumberGym from home as well.
I hope you’re all well and looking after each other. Read plenty, enjoy the rest, learn a new skill and be kind.
Take care and hopefully see you soon!
Mrs Brunyard
