The year is almost at an end. The children look forward to a long break before starting at their respective Secondaries. We have completed our SRE program and the children are more confident with the changes they can expect in puberty. We carried out a fun, electric DT project and the class performed ‘Alice’ to the school and yourselves. I was very proud of their contributions. The play was spectacular and your children excelled again. Reports were sent out with the SAT results – that marked the end of a very busy year. The children were a credit to you and the school and I have enjoyed working with them. We had a great day on Wednesday when we walked to Shrewsbury School, swam and enjoyed a McDonald’s in the Quarry. The children will share their memories in their final assembly tomorrow and at 3:15pm they will leave the school – I appreciate what a momentous event this is. Having said that they are welcome anytime to come back and visit. Thank you for your support over the year; I’ll sign off now – wishing you all a fantastic Summer.
