I am writing to remind all parents and carers the importance of ensuring the contact details we hold in school are always kept up to date. This is paramount in the event of unexpected sickness or emergency.
If your contact details need updating (for example, telephone numbers) please ensure you pass the new details onto the office as a matter of priority.
I would also like to re-iterate that parents must let the school office know of any changes to how the children are getting home from after school clubs and with whom.
Unless a message is given to the office or a written permission letter is handed to the office we will abide by the default arrangements, which means they will be kept in school until we can contact a parent/carer.
A reminder that all of the above is done to ensure the safety of your child and we appreciate parents/carers cooperation with this matter.
