We are continuing to learn about the animals and habitats in the Arctic and Antarctic. They have started to write their non chronological report and are including lots of technical and science vocabulary.
On Wednesday we made our ‘Rubbish Monsters’ which was great fun. Thank you for the recycling materials. Next week we will be building abstract figures using large cardboard boxes. If you have any large boxes, please could these be in school for Wednesday.
Please remember that we have our visit to the Sealife Centre in Birmingham on Tuesday 24th January. PUPILS MUST BE IN SCHOOL BY 8:30AM AS WE WILL LEAVE ON THE COACH AT 9AM. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WAIT FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR WE WILL MISS OUR SLOT AT SEALIFE.
Pupils will need to be in school uniform and have a packed lunch in a backpack. If you have ordered a packed lunch from school, please bring an empty backpack to use. You will not need any money on the day of the trip. Thank you for your contributions to the cost of the trip, without this we would not be able to go.
Have a fab weekend,
Mrs Dowell and Mrs Armstrong
