This week we have looking at setting descriptions in our writing sessions. Yesterday, the children enjoyed going outside and using their senses to talk about what they could see, hear, smell, touch and taste. We looked at features of a setting description and how to write descriptive language and use expanded noun phrases. Today they wrote a setting description of the forest.

In Maths, we have started our unit on multiplication and division. We have been finding multiples of 3, and multiplying and dividing by 6 and 9.
We will be starting our swimming sessions on Friday 22nd November.
The weather is getting colder so please make sure your child brings in a coat to school.
