Well done to all for children for a great half term in Year 4. This afternoon, we finished a successful half term with a fantastic Halloween disco.
This week we’ve been looking at rhyming poems. After looking at an example, we adapted it as a class then on our own.
In Maths, we’ve been looking at subtracting two 4-digit numbers with more than one exchange. Below is an example of what we have been doing.
The children have loved our 'Mamma Mia' music lessons. They have been singing, clapping along in time and playing the glockenspiel to the music. Yesterday, they also made their own dance moves whilst singing.
Well done to Sophie B who won our certificate this week. She is a fantastic member of our class, who works well with others and is constantly growing in confidence and contributing more during our class discussions. Well done!
