Happy Friday!
This week, we had the pleasure of starting our 5 week block of swimming. For the next four weeks of school, children will, therefore, not need to wear PE kit on a Wednesday but will need to bring swimming kit with them on a Friday. Could you also make sure all children come to school with a coat as it can be extremely cold after swimming, especially with the temperatures dropping.

In English, we have continued with letter writing. This week, we had to put ourselves in the shoes of a parent during WW2, whose children have been evacuated to the country sides.
In Maths, we have just finished our unit on addition and subtraction. Therefore, we will be starting a new unit on multiplication and division next week. Please ensure your children are practicing times tables and engaging in Mathletics, as this will help in school.
