The firework display is coming around quickly, this is set to be an exciting event! Please be aware of the following information:
Tickets sales close on Friday 25th October. After this no more tickets can be purchased for the event.
Physical tickets will not be issued. However, you will be checked into the event upon arrival. Therefore, please do not bring anyone you have not got a ticket for. Anyone without a ticket will be turned away from the event.
There will be no access to the school carpark unless you are a blue badge holder. Please remember blue badge holders who are parking in the school carpark are parking at their own risk. We cannot accept any liability for any damage caused to cars.
If you are parking outside the school please remember residents and be careful where you park.
Anyone attending the event must arrived for 4.30pm, there will be a fifteen minute window for us to admit guests in line with our risk assessment. Therefore, anyone who arrives after 4.45pm, will unfortunately be turned away.
Once you are in the event due to Health and Safety procedures you will not be able to leave the site until the fireworks are finished. Once we have had confirmation that it is safe to do so we will open the gates for access off the site. Please remember this before you enter the school site.
Please can we remind everyone that all children are to be accompanied by an adult. Any child who is not accompanied by an adult will unfortunately not be able to attend the event.
Please do not bring any sparklers or your own fireworks to the event.
All staff will be visible at the event- they will be wearing high vis jackets. Please reports any incidents/concerns to a member of staff immediately.
We are looking forward to the event and this is a really exciting opportunity for Crowmoor! However, the safety of all those attending the event is paramount. Therefore, we ask that you politely follow the instructions above or any instructions given by staff on the night. Anyone who does not comply will be asked to leave to ensure the safety of all.
