This week we have been enjoying reading ‘The Christmas Truce’ we have also been learning about the 1914 Christmas Truce in our history sessions. We have written newspaper reports to describe what happened. The children are enjoying our WWI topic and are looking forward to our next text ‘Peace Lily’.
We have been learning about fact families and related facts in maths. Using our prior knowledge of bonds to 10 to help us with bonds to 100. In PE we have been learning to bounce a ball with control and to balance, holding a partner- this has been lots of fun and the children have giggled constantly!
