Hello everyone,

What a great week back we have had! We have been enjoying the lovely weather!

In Literacy, we have been looking at Newspapers, this week we have focused on finding the features and retelling a Newspaper. I was particularly impressed with the children’s acting and speaking and listening, when retelling.

In Maths, we have been continuing with fractions. Please remember that I will assigning work on Matheletics for the children to complete at home. We celebrate achievements  for completed work during our Friday assemblies.

Our topic this term is Romans, which we are all very excited to begin! The children will be sent home with a homework sheet with actives linked to this topic. They can chose an activity to complete in the week, this will be collected in on a Friday.
