The rehearsals for the Christmas production are going well, I think we have some budding actors in the class! If your child has lines to learn please could you help them to practise in a loud voice which can be heard across the house. I know they all have a loud voice inside them, I’ve heard it!

Next week we will be focusing our literacy on comprehensions and reading for understanding. This will help to prepare them for their online Star Reader Quiz.

In maths we have started to use multiplication through maths stories. The children have talked about how multiplication is repeated addition of equal groups. They have drawn pictures to help them and begun to use the multiplication symbol – described by one pupil as a ‘kiss’ which made my day!

Have a fab weekend, not many left until Christmas – eek!
