Today we have been practising some Design and Technology skills ready for when we build our castles.

Have a go at home!

The children were challenged to make a cylinder and a cone out of sheets of paper. They needed to find a way to cut battlements out of the top of their tower.

When they make their drawbridge, they will need to tie a knot in the end of a piece of string too.

Lots of children found these tasks very challenging!
