With Harvest time rapidly approaching this week we have been looking at the story The Little Red Hen. Hopefully you will all have seen the fantastic retell the children did using masks on Tapestry and will be able to come to our special story time so they can tell you the story using actions.

In Maths we have met all the number blocks up to ten and have been looking at the numbers and patterns we can see in each number.

It was great to see so many of you at our Stay and Play session this week and we hope you will enjoy seeing the display of the poppies you helped the children paint when you come in for parents evening after half term.

The children now all have had their last set of sounds added to their sound bags and we will focus on blending for a few weeks before starting the next set. They also have tricky word bingo games in a special zippy folder to play with you and have a new maths challenge for the week too. Have a great weekend.
