We have had another very busy week in Acorn Class. We have continued our work on Polar animals and have even been lucky enough to have some real frost and a sprinkling of snow to help with our Wintery theme. The children loved looking at the animals in the ice and timing how long it took for the ice to melt. They have learned some new penguin songs this week and as part of their PE sessions have made up a penguin dance. The children loved listening to the story of The Snow Bears this week and have enjoyed re-enacting the story with the small world animals. Perhaps this weekend you could go for a wintery walk, if you do please add some photos on Tapestry. It would be lovely for the children to share what they have been up to at the weekend. Many thanks.
