Happy New Year! We hope you all had a lovely Christmas.

We have had a fantastic start to the new term looking at our new topic ‘ Polar Explorers’, where we have been looking at all the animals that live in cold climates. The children have loved hearing our new story ‘Fly Freddie Fly’ which is about a penguin who gets upset because he cannot fly. We have explored different construction kits to make him aeroplanes for him to fly and have also had a fabulous time printing penguin footprint pictures. What a busy week!

Forest School is changing to a Monday or Tuesday afternoon. If your child is doing Forest School this term you will receive a letter with further information. If you do not get a letter, you will have the opportunity to take part in Forest School next term.

Also, please remember to bring in your full PE kit and pumps on Mondays and Fridays.
